Hi Everyone,
I seem to be having less mulk supply and am forced to supplement little bit of formula everyday.
I remember some posts abt recipe for methi laddu.I couldnt find oit though.Can you please post again?

Hi Latha,

If you feel that ur milk supply is less, instead of methi laddoo go for methi capsules. They work magic in few days. If you are in US u will get it in GNC Stores. Have abt 10 capsules per day for 4 days and after that as per instructions. You will have enuf milk supply... extra!!

Otherwise soak methi seeds (abt 2 tsp) at night and have that int eh morning with the water its soaked in. This also does the work

Dear All,
I have a query. I had my first kid last oct. This July i found that i conceived again but i was not mentally prepared for it. So i had to go for an abortion. I got a Multiload inserted after the abortion. Now according to my menstural cycle i should have me periods but im over due by 6 days.
