Name: olive Hi everyone,
i am in my fourth month of pregnancy, and I seem to be puttin on more weight under my chin/neck than my tummy! Is there any way I can prevent having a prominent double chin by the end of my pregnancy??

Hi this is the time when you will gain atleast 16kgs do not worry with time you will start loosing weight as soon as you give birth to the baby. Till then you dont have any option so stay calm

See during pregnancy it is not only the stomach area that grows in size, the face and actually your entire body gains weight and that is normal and nothing to worry about. You can lose your weight after the delivery easily by exercises.

It would be better you can consult to the doctor and find out what were the changes you will be facing in pregnancy timings so that you will come to know every thing then you can take care of your health also.

double chin exercises is best for you its just type of face yoga which is not so hard and you can easily do it wheather you are pregnent...

Hi you can try the following. Just sit down and lift your neck till you fell all the skin in your neck is pulled and then down. 20 counts of this and second Put your neck back(I mean look on top) at that position open month and close as wide as posible. I dont this and its effective.
