My elder sister is having a son and he is now 4 years old. When she was pregnant, everyone told her to eat good, healthy and rich food and I saw her putting lots of weight. She also had a lot of trouble and pain at the time of childbirth. Not only this she is struggling to get in shape till now. When I read your article, I was thinking that if this were written few years back, my sister would have been in shape and would not have suffered so much pain.

My daughter in law is pregnant and I can see she is being misguided that she should eat double of what she used to eat. I know these are all misconceptions and tried to explain it to her. I was hesitating because she might take me wrong that I am stopping her from eating. Thanks to your article I will show this to her and then she will understand what I wanted to suggest.

Thanks to your article. I was very much worried about what should I eat and want to avoid as I am pregnant and my doctor has just confirmed. Different people suggest different food items and I was left totally confused. Your article is a real guide and now everything is clear to me. I am now going to make a diet chart and will try to maintain it throughout the pregnancy period.
