hi everyone.my due date is 8th July acc to LMP,but acc to 6th week scan it was 25th July.I was in Dubai during the early months and there Dr said that it is not a problem,as my menstrual cycle was between 40-50 days.

Now i am in India,an im now 37 weeks acc to usg and 39 weeks acc to LMP.I have no pain stll now.But acc to 34 week scan the baby head had come down and the placenta shows grade 3 maturity.Normally both these is seen after 37 weeks.

I have read from the net that grade 3 maturity if prolonged will cause poor nutrition to the fetus.I am also feeling heavy pressure in the vagina from 34 weeks.My Dr did an internal exam last week and said that cervix is not dilated and told to come after 10days.She is not showing much concern over my problems.

Deepa replied. Don' t worry at all. Actually my Edd as per LMP was 12 July and as per 5th month ultra sound scan it was 3rd july.But till today no symptoms of any labor pain has yet started.Though my baby also have engaged in down position and my placenta is also now on grade 3 and my cervix has not yet dilated, even i feel heavy pressure in the vaginal area. Now as per my yesterday scan my Edd came to 11th July. My doctor also did fetus non stress test and fetus biophysical profile and also checked the amount of amniotic fluid and results were everything is normal and amniotic fluid is also moderate. I have also started counting kick movements of baby 4 times a day from june onwards.
My doctor suggested that as far i have no labor symptoms and baby is doing fine, and kick movements are also accurate he do' nt want to induce artificial labor or don' t want to do c-section unless any problem to me or my baby occurs. He wants to wait till 12th July. So, you also ask your doctor if he wants to wait then ask him uptil which date to wait and also if there is possible and if he suggest go for non stress test of your baby. Also go for kick counts of your baby under your doctor' s guidance.And if everything is fine than don' t worry. Also ask him to check if your amniotic fluid level is ok then no need to worry as your baby will get proper nutrition. Also keep watch on labour signs. Discuss them wd ur doctor and ask him when to consider an emergency.
So don' t worry at all everything wil e fine.
