Due to hot and humid weather, summer illnesses are quite common. Extreme heat makes matter worse. Heat-related illnesses strike when the body is unable to regulate its temperature and cannot properly cool itself by sweating. It is critical to pay attention to the signs and symptoms. young children, older adults, and people with chronic medical conditions are especially at risk of heat related illnesses. Drinking enough water, wearing light clothing to allow evaporation and cooling, reschedule outdoor activities, wearing sunscreen and staying cool are effective preventive measures.

Illnesses in summers are common as these are warm months and viruses and bacteria thrive easily in such temperatures. food poisoning or food-borne illnesses are quite common during summer. bacteria thrive in warm, moist environments so food poisoning is relatively frequent in the summer. Most of these infections are spread from fecal-oral and respiratory routes from other infected children.Food poisoning can be prevented by frequently washing your hands and cooking surfaces.
