Using lubrication prevents sex difficulties due to vaginal dryness. Staying hydrates also aids in removing vaginal dryness. a healthy lifestyle prevents future difficulties in sex. Also comfortable position takes away the pain during sex after delivery.

You should give your body sometime before you resume sex. your body had to go through lot of stress and trauma during pregnancy and it needs time to heal. Use a comfortable position for sex.
