im back...

Well i use to have the smae problem and its usually cause by dirt that gets trapped on your neck easily so try and wash your neck everyday and see if you notice a difference in skin tone. If not it probably means that you have an uneven skin tone and that you need to start using something to lighten up the skin on your neck. Lemon juice works well.
