hello muskan,
your baby skin is undergoing skin changes phase, so dont worry, and her color also changes for some months, if you are in so much pressure, then why dont you try some home remedies, this home remedies are safe for kid, like you can apply besan and milk mixture on kid but after six months you can apply this on baby skin.

Don' t worry!!! The skin of the baby undergoes changes many times in the life time, specially in the period on which she is. She was fairer at the time of birth but now she is not and her colour will again improve after some years. So there is nothing to be worried about.
Just Chill!!!

Why are you so concerned about skin colour. Instead of being focused on colour, you should be more focused on making your baby a better person. Try to raise her with good qualities. everybody will be proud of her qualities. This love for fair skin is the root cause of all problems. Why should we be biased towards fair skin?

Hi Muskan,
Your baby' s skin is undergoing changes. what she was as an infant will be different from what she will be few years down the line. colour also changes. If you are too much worried, then you can try some home remedies. They are safe and also can help in giving a clear skin. you can make a ubtan with besan, haldi and cream and bathe your baby with it. very soon you will see the difference.

I agree. Indian ubtan is very good for skin. It cleanses the skin from deep within and gives a fair complexion. I used to do this everyday for my daughter and she is fair. I know being fair is genetic but colour can be improved with natural remedies. If you find something seriously wrong, do consult your doctor.

RE:Thumb sucking
Hi there please do not think so much and just visit a chemist and ask for a liquid solution as there is a solution which needs to be applied on the kids thumb so as he tries to suck it there would be bitter taste and by this he will not suck it again.... - Anushree [View Message]
