Subject:  eating less worked for me
I have tried eating less it is very helpful to get rid of obesity. There is no need for wasting time after workouts. I feel that it is better than doing a workout. If work out is not possible any one can adopt a habit of eating less. I have compromised on eating cheese, chocolates, pastries, cookies and I have lost weight. Now I look much better after losing wait and get compliments form many people. It is better to eat less and get good compliments. I am very satisfied about having a “eat less” habit. It is a little difficult for first few days but than it become an easier to cope with not eating fast food. During first few days for me it was like compromising on a best thing of life but later on I said no to all those food stuffs which were increasing my weight.

If you really want to eat less, you should eat less of chocolates, creamy and oily food stuff. Eat less meat or eat it how much you require. Shifting from soft drinks to coconut water and fruit juices is a good thing. There should not be over eating of food stuff like fries, burgers, chips and cheese sandwiches. Self control is necessary for eating less. It is really a bad thing that one starts eating less and than compromises on eating less some day. On that one day of compromise a person tends to eat more than what he was avoiding to eat to help himself eating less. By doing this a person’s effort will go in vain. So one should take a very firm decision of eating less.

Subject:  eat less to lose weight
Eating less is better option to lose weight rather than stressful workouts. Eat less meat, eat less bread but never compromise on eating fruits and vegetables. You should eat less all those things which increase your weight. Eating less is all about eating less junk food and high calorie content food. It does not mean that a person should stop eating more of fruits and vegetables. Rather than eating less, one should stop eating fast food completely. It will be much better than eating less. It is very good suggestion that one should only eat that much which is enough for survival and not live and earn only for eating. Raw food stuff is also better than junk food. Replace raw food with fast food and see how it works.
