I have 2 kids..my problem is my sagging belly..i tried doing push-ups for months but it's still here. I might be married soon with my bf and i'm quite shy about this. I dont mind about my stretch marks but i am disturbed by this. HELP PLS!

I have read your mesg. and would like to comment that you cannot lose fat from a specific place on your body. YOu have to do the correct exercise and eat the correct food. Dont listen to any mumbo jumbo

I also faced the smae problem when I delivered my first baby My weight shot to 73kgs from 56kgs.
