Due Date Club September 2008:diabetes

how u all r doing?
on tuesday it was my doc appt. everything was normal she did internal ezam too pelvis was adequate. but today in my routine tests i have developed diabetes. doc has asked me to come tomorrow i have to meet the dietician too.
i am quiet worried.
will this harm the baby?

Hi smriti,

GD is quite normal. dont worry abt it, as Light said, stress will add the problems so relax. normal diet and walking few mins daily will do wonders. SInce GD is taken care of...no need to worry abt baby...he/she will be doing fine :-)

Do update us abt your doctor visit,

hope this finds u well:)GD is a usual thing with pregnancy.so dont worry.just take good care of ur diet and urself.stress will compound all other probs.so try n relax.GD will not do any harm to the baby as long as u r taking care of it.
