I think any fruit is good. Be it apple, banana, orange anything. But it is nice to have scientific facts to prove it. In these research-loving times, such things help people develop and adhere to good, healthy habits.

Apple pie is the only excuse for me to put that fruit in my mouth. I loved Crumbled apple pies, baked in the microwave for precisely 2.5 minutes, the best. Any one has a good recipe to bake this delicacy at home? Please share.
