First for this recipe, u have to prepare garlic butter, take available soft butter and empty into a large bowl and add fresh and well mashed garlic into the butter. Add salt if required and mix well with fork. Put it into a container to preserve it in the refrigerator. For garlic bread mix mozarella cheez with garlic butter and spread over any toasted bread and place in the oven to until the cheez melts. Serve hot and crispy.

Hi,
You can try tomoto dosa for break fast. Here is the recipe.

ingredients:
dosa floor (as used for ordinary dosa)
small onion
tomoto
jeera
red chilli
perungayam

method:
Grind tomoto, onion, red chilli and perungayam together.
Mix it with dosa flour. Add salt to taste.
Make dosa as usual.
Coconut chutney will go well for this.

Hi,
You can make stuffed parathas with leftover vegetables or rice and use chutney or yogurt with that.
you can make namkeen sewaiyan (vermecili) too.
Ingredients:
Potato
Tomato
Onion
Green Peas
Chili
Ginger
Garlic(I am not big fan of garlic but if u want u canuse that too)
Chili powder, haldi and salt
Lemon juice
Parsley
Mustard seeds(Rai)
Cumin seeds(Jeera)
Oil

Method:
Heat oil in a pan. Make tadka with cumin seeds and mustard seeds and bay leaves. Now fry potato pieces and onion. Then add tomato and green peas and all the masalas. After frying the masala a little bit add water. Then add vermicili in boiling water. Add water enough to cook the vermicilies. After everything is done no water will be left. Add a little lemon juice and parsley leaves.

Same thing you can do with sabudana instead of vermicili too. Only difference is u have to soak sabudana in night and then when all masala in done frying add soaked sabudana with crushed roasted peanuts without adding water. And mix it delecately.
Hope you will love these recipes.

What is poha? How do you make that? I'm looking for eggless stuff to make as we do not eat eggs as well.

Thanx for the replies
