My due date is July 15th.
I wanted to know what kind of apples are gud for health.I stay in bangalore/India.I get a kind of apple as 4015 apple.One of my collegue said its nt gud to eat.So just wanted to know which one to have?

it' s odd that someone has suggested u don' t eat a particular kind of apple.. i haven' t even heard it from my grandmother-in-law.. unless there is scientific evidence against it or your doc has specifically advised you to stay away from certain types of food, i believe it should be alright to eat it.. i have eaten this 4015 apple u r talking about.. i live in bangalore too.. so it really doesn' t make sense to me.. why does your colleague say it isn' t safe? ask her the reason.. and let me know too.. :)
