Subject:  So many factors
Children have so many things to be worried about nowadays. Right from the time they are able to walk, they are put in playschools. This starts their journey into the rat race. The pressure is constantly on them to perform and come first in class. No wonder children are turning into nervous wrecks.

Subject:  Exams anxiety
Nowadays, most of the anxiety is caused due to exams. The school place has become so competitive that children have to look out for every single mark. Even the parents are becoming affected by this scenario. No wonder children are falling victim to anxiety attacks on a regular basis.

I don' t know about children but I have seen panic attacks in adults. It is so terrible, I tell you. You cannot do anything to help that person. Plus, you do not even have an idea as to when the attack is going to stop. One of my best friends suffers from panic attacks since she is in college.
