One more thing jichi, Im not going to walk (even a bit) as im having low lying placenta. my doc said to take rest, but I dnt feel lightness in my body. sitting in room is not refreshing my mind,,,, m always think about my baby' s health.... Do you have any idea about low lying placenta? If I walk for half an hour will affect my baby?

Hi Cmb,
Low lying placenta - usually they say it will/might move up later, and for this plz do as per doctor´ s advice. IF they say you should take rest and no much walking, plz follow that. i think for that they suggest to keep your legs elevated whenever you lie down right?
Just divert your self...try to do some sewing/painting/listening to music/ drawing, whatever you feel like....dont think / worry too much abt your baby...relax and enjoy.
Regarding hospital bag, you need to pack the things you need immdly after delivery and during hospital stay. will list those soon....
Regards,
Jichi
