Hi ,
I have my dinner at around 8.30 or 9pm, then have warm milk at 10.30pm. Then i only have my breakfast at around 8.30 or 9 am, what i want to know is that is it ok if theres so much of gap in between , i don’t eat or drink anything, i don’t get up and eat or drink something , is it harmful for the baby as theres so much of gap? what do u all do ?

hi bindu,

You can eat inbetween,if you are hungry. if not, relax and enjoy your sleep. baby will tell you if you need to eat :-) Do not worry if you are not eating @ night. it is not a must.
