hello babysos,
See ur ovulating:-)Thats very gud..U dont have 2 worry abt anything now..Theresz nothing major or minor 2 worry abt.Now is the time for u 2 be happy:-)...n think what 2 do next..

BBT method is very simple. If u have any doubts regarding this method, feel free 2 ask me,I know it though not fully, but I' m sure I can surely help u out...hmm 60 kgs n 5.6 is not bad...PCOS I thought normally cumes 2 too much over weight ppl..But ur healthy..I' m 5.7 n 52..so u can call me lil underwieght...But anyways after this pregnancy now my current wieght is 60..I' m so happy abt this weight. My pregnancy is going on very well.Touchwood..Went for my anamoly scan(its a major one, where they check the baby 4m top to toe),my baby is doing very well, doc said that..Anyways happy abt it:-)..

hey I have one advise,I used 2 do it in my 1 mth TTC phase,ie previous night soak 2 or3 badam, lil raisin,n One fig.Next day eat it first thing in the morning.Thisz very gud..U get lotta protien this way...

anyways take care n do reply when u have time..

Hi Babysos,

Just now saw your post after posting mine. We must have posted on the same time I guess. I was unable to login as I had internet connection problem all day long, just now my husband fixxed it calling the cable guy. Anyway, am glad that you don' t have nothing to worry about. Good that you consultd your Gyn and got hold of what to do to make you feel more better and healthier. Take care care and be positive.

Love,

Hi Babysos,

Nothing to worry, it happens to all of us. We were so tired making love everyday, as I' m always a busy mom n my hubby works long hrs too! But it turned out well for us, so keep your finers crossed and be cool.

So when' s your ovualtion period? I guess your ovulation period must be over by this time. So just cheer up, medically making love once in 2-3 days or 3 days per week is more than enough to conviece. So let' s hope for the best. Need not to strain yourself from 7 days before your next period is due. The sperm can be live up to 3 days, so there' s a lot of chance for you guys! But then please don' t stress yourself on this. I believe that you would have atleast made it possible on the most fertile days which shud already have come as per your next period due.

Believe in yourself, everything will go on fine. Please try to relax and remember always stress is not good for you right now, it may affect you and your chances. keep that in mind and try to relax in some way or other. let me know anyhting at all you need and take care!

Lots of baby dust!

Love,

KR

Hi Megs,

I got my scan done yesterday and the doc there told me I did have polycystic ovaries but I have nothing to worry about because in spite of the cysts I am ovulating. She showed me the post-ovulation ovary condition on the screen. So she said I have nothing major to worry about. The only issue would be to predict when I am ovulating. So I am now going to use your method of BBT after my period this time. Also I will be going to my GYN after I get my blood testing done to check on current hormone levels. So he may have some more suggestions. I´ m feeling much better now that my doubts have been cleared.

I have been exercising regularly for the past 2 yrs. 40 mins on the treadmill and 20 mins of abdominal exercises on almost a daily basis or at least 4 times a week. I weigh 60 kgs and my height is 5´ 6" . Though I am in pretty good shape the doc still has advised I take care of my diet. So I am going to have to make a few more changes besides completely stopping full fat milk to slim milk. Carbs also have to reduce in my diet now.

Thanx a lot, Megs! It realy helps to know that you are reading my posts here and are always there for support.

How are you doing with your progress now?

Hugs,
Babysos

Hi Megs, KR, Sherry,

I just found out that I have PCOS. I found a blood report of hormone test done some 3-4 yrs back day before yesterday. The hormone levels i.e. FSH & LH are within the normal range but the ratio is just about 2:1. I took the report to my GYN who said I have to get a scan done on Monday coz my cycle has been irregular in the past and is now delayed by 5-10 days every month since the last 2 months. So to be on the safer side he has asked me to get a scan done and also check the hormone levels again. So i am nervous and hope things will be ok. I was quite upset knowing this yesterday. But now i´ m much better. I think of it as at least i found out today and not 2-3 months from today. I would have been wasting time and not conceiving. So please hope n pray for me.

Thanks for being there.

Love,
Babysos

Hi Kr & Megs,

Thanks a ton! I knew I could count on you guys. :) I´ m much better today. Since I am not sure of my cycle this time around I didn´ t want to take any chances with my ovulation and decided to TTC till 18th of this month. Anyway, we were able to try this morning again so I´ m feeling happier.

Another thing, I came across a blood test report of some 3 yrs back when my period happened to be irregular for a few months. The FSH & LH levels were normal then. After that the doc told me not to worry about missing my period for a few months because it happened once in a while. After a few months I got my period regularly. So I figure my period skips because of stress I occasionally have. Otherwise I feel I am pretty relaxed as a person. If LH and FSH are normal that means I will be able to conceive, right? Please let me know.

Thanx again!

Love n hugs,
Babysos

Hi KR...

All of a sudden things are looking bleak. For the past few days my hubby and i have not been up to it coz he´ s been tired from work and since my mother-in-law is out of station i have to do everything at home on my own, which makes me very tired. So in the mornings i am always in a hurry to go downstairs and get the servants started and in the evenings he´ s so sleepy and tired he can hardly stay awake. So what do i do? i really don´ t think i have conceived this time also. what do i do? please helpppppp!!!

Hi babysos,

How are you doing? Thanks for your time on the info abt fish. Actually I got a big booklet saying everything about food, servings and what to avoid from the Dr. It says canned tuna, shrimp, salmon, catfish, cod, pollock, clams, flatfish, crabs and scallops have lowest level of mercury and so is safe. And can be taken 12 oz per week that' s may be 3-6 servings in a week. So I guess it' s safe as I take fish only once in a week. But there' s nothing said about Tilapia which I took last week. So I' m little confused and wanted to know if any gyn has suggestd to take it or not. I guess it' s better to avoid unless we know it for sure.

We shud definetly avoid high mercury content like shark, sword fish, king mackerel, fresh tuna or tile fish and any raw fish. This whole fish thing has to be followed by any woman who are trying to get preganant too!

So I thought sherry and you shud know about it. Hope am clear! Take care and keep in touch!

Hey sherry, am sorry for a lot of typo in the message I gave for you! It shud read as
\" Hope to hear some good news from you soon. With your Mom near by, am sure you will feel relaxed too and that might help you a lot! She will also be excited if she hears the news when she´ s around you. Good luck and lots of baby dust on you!\"

Love

hi KR..

Yep, every woman TTC should avoid fish with high mercury content. I need to update myself with what kind of fish I can eat from now on. Thanx for the list!

Just take care of care and spend quality time with her. It' s always wonderful to be with mom wherever we are and how old we become!

Dear babysos,

Thanks a lot for your hearty wishes. Am really happy to recieve all your messages. It' s great support from all of you! How are doing? Hope you are trying for this month. Lots of baby dust on you and let' s hope for the best this month. Always be relaxed, and let me know if you need anything.

As for me, am 5 weeks pregnant by now and my due date is Jan 5th 2008. I' m feeling extremely tired and having nausea now and then. Gyn didn' t suggest any particular prenatal vitamin, as of now am still taking the mutliviatmin. Will have to call her again and ask about \" Premacare 1\" which my friend suggested.

As for you a little suggestion, try to make love 2-3 days before ovulation and one day after too. Good luck dear!

Take care and be cool!

Lots of love

KR
