Name: Editor Have you tried different diet plans? Is calorie counting a part of any of them? How often do you keep track of what you are eating?

This thing actually does make a lot of sense. The key to losing weight is to burn more than you use. This is one of the most sensible things I have heard. Weight loss is supposed to be a gradual occurrence. No one loses weight overnight. It is more important to keep watch on your calorie intake so that you make sure to burn it. These tips are also beneficial for losing weight. It is necessary to take proper measures to take care of your health. It is always helpful to consult an expert and find out your regular requirements of calories and include it in your diet accordingly.

I do not quite follow what this diet plan is supposed to achieve. You make it sound like I can eat whatever I want as long as I don' t go beyond a specific value. If I take this into account, I could eat a whole chocolate cake as long as I did not eat anything else for the rest of the day. I do no know the basic logic behind this. Also it is a problem for a common man to calculate calories each day. We so busy each and every day and who has time to all this calorie counting stuff. I do not know why people follow all this things instead of having a balanced diet and exercise regularly.

I think you have the wrong idea. The article is not about following a specific diet. It is about using your common sense. These new fad diets focus on cutting out various food groups and literally starving yourself. Nowhere does this article mention that you should not eat a balanced diet. It all depends on your capacity to burn all the calories you eat so that your weight does not increase. It just means that if you are unable to burn calories you should control your calories intake to the extend you need it.

Hi there please do not think so much and just visit a chemist and ask for a liquid solution as there is a solution which needs to be applied on the kids thumb so as he tries to suck it there would be bitter taste and by this he will not suck it again.... - Anushree [View Message]
