Name: Editor How often do you exercise in a week? Do you have one particular program or do you vary your routine? Is cost a factor in determining your choices?

I agree that you should add variety to your routine. Earlier I only used to go walking but I never lost weight. After I started going to the gym, I found that I was losing weight and also I felt better. Therefore, you should do more than one exercise routine. It helps you get results. However you diet also plays important role to lose weight. It does not mean that you should completely avoid fats and calories. You should consume all these components in a balanced proportion. A balanced diet is a key to good health. It is very essential to make note of such essential factors for staying healthy.

I had not exercised for many years but my doctor told me to start because my cholesterol had become very high. Initially, I found it very difficult to exercise. My body would pain and I just wanted to stop. Thankfully, the situation improved after some time and I am now able to exercise comfortably. Regular exercise and balanced diet is a must for living a healthy lifestyle. It is also vital to drink lots of water to stay healthy and fit. It is important to consume at-least 1.5 litres of water daily to stay healthy and fit. Drinking lots of water helps us to cope with many health disorders.

I don' t think you should bother that much about the cost. If you genuinely want to get fit, why skimp on the price. Joining a gym is the best way to lose weight. Other programs are not as effective so I doubt that they will help at all. By joining a gym you will get perfect guidance for your fitness regime. Many experienced trainers at gyms and fitness centres will help to achieve you fitness objectives. It is always necessary to take expert’s guidance to for fitness concerns. Wasting time in finding fitness program by our own can be stressful as well use less.
