Subject:  Do not replace water
This is a very good article but I do not agree with one point. Water should be consumed plain and not as juices, colas, etc. These substances have added sugar which again makes you gain weight. And one more thing should be considered that water is a best drink ever to quench thirst. One should always find water instead of cold drinks and juices if feeling thirsty. It is very essential to consume right quantity of water. Body’s water requirement is al-least 1.5 litre to 2 litres a day. If this requirement is fulfilled there is no need to worry about the diseases and weight loss.

Water is a good internal cleanser. When you drink enough water, it induces your body to have normal bowel movement. This cleans your body of many bad things and makes you feel better. It helps to detoxify your body through urine and sweat. All the detoxification of body takes place through urine or through sweat. It is the process where the toxins are pushed out of the human body by water. It is a perfect cleaning of body indeed. Drinking lots of water is essential for good health as well as for losing weight.
