I really loved this article. Nuts can be used in many recipes. Nuts can added in morning cereals. Nuts can also be added in salads and cakes. Pine nuts or Chilgoza are a bit more on the expensive side. I really love nuts and the best part about them is along with being good for health, they are yummy. Good article.

Subject:  Nuts during Diwali
Nowadays, many people prefer giving nuts as gifts also. During Diwali rather than giving sweets people opt for dry fruits and nuts. Sweets are contaminated and do not last long. Nuts last for a longer time and are hence given as Diwali gifts or Raksha Bandhan gifts. Sweets cause weight-gain and hence people prefer giving nuts which are health-friendly.

Subject:  Nuts help weight loss
Nuts are really good for health. In fact studies have shown that people who eat more nuts in their diet tend to live for a longer time. This could be because nuts help to suppress appetite and hence reduce consumption of junk food. I always try to include as many nuts as possible in my diet.
