Subject:  avoid obesity right from beginning
Obesity has very bad effects on health so it is better to avoid obesity by having a right diet and regular exercise. It is necessary to stay healthy and fit to avoid risks like hypertension, heart disorder, kidney disorders, cancers etc. So it is very necessary to stay fit by doing exercise and drinking lots of water. However obesity can be genetic and can be caused due to eating habits of family. To avoid genetic obesity an entire family should have a proper eating habits and a healthy diet. It is very difficult to cope with obesity in old age.

It is very difficult to cope with obesity. Obesity has very bad effects on the human body. I used to feel much stressed even after walking a small distance because of obesity effects. I also got problems like hypertension. However starting yoga practice was a turning point in my life. I could lose lots of weight after practicing yoga daily. It feels well from inside after practicing breathing techniques. It is very nice but it takes long time and strong desire to lose weight. We should not lose hope and stick to our goal. It is very nice to have a beautiful body after performing yoga.

Obesity can cause dangerous diseases like heart disorders, stroke, cancer etc. But it is necessary to change the lifestyle if you are an obese. Small changes in diet habits and weight loss can make lots of difference. It is necessary to take expert’s help immediately to avoid health risks because of obesity. It is very important to get rid of it as early as possible to avoid all the dreadful diseases. Exercises and yoga help to get rid of obesity but you have to practice it regularly and with discipline. There are very good yoga poses which help to get rid of obesity and diseases relating to it.
