I am fat but I am happy with myself. I would not like to become thin. But yes, of course, I would like to be healthy and lead healthy life forever. According to me regular exercise is the best way to stay healthy. If anyone wants to lose weight, again the answer is exercise. Regular workout helps a lot. Apart from workout doing breathing exercises also helps. Having well balanced diet is equally important. You should add carbs, proteins and fats in adequate quantities in your diet. Good luck with staying fit and thin.

A person is able to stay slim if he followed balanced diet. For example, one day I skipped my breakfast and in afternoon I was hungry like anything. I went into a restaurant and end up eating too much. That is what happens when we skip our breakfast. Breakfast is the important aspect of our diet. When we eat something healthy in the morning it helps to generate glucose or sugar, thus providing us with energy to go on till the afternoon. You can not lose weight at one go. You need to be slow and steady on the process of losing weight. Once you reached your desired weight staying thin is quite simple.

Several years back my family used to visit McDonald' s every alternate day. Every birthday party, every anniversary was celebrated in such fast food joints. My daughter was about eight that time and she would only eat French fries. Every Sunday my son and daughter used to ask me to take them to MacD. Later I realized that I would be the reason to their ill health if I continued to take them to eat fast food. Slowly I reduced the visits to fast food joints and made them eat healthy and nutritious food. I do not want them to be obese in coming future. I do not say that eating at McDonald' s is bad but it should be moderate. Constantly going out to eat and avoiding homemade food is not quite good idea. Staying in shape is possible by eating healthy.
