Here's how to do Kegel exercises:

*When you're peeing, clench (without your hands) your muscles to stop the flow of urine for about four seconds. Then release those same muscles to let the urine flow again. These are your pelvic floor muscles; these are the muscles you'll be exercising when you do Kegels.

*If you want to check and make sure that you're using the right muscles, put a finger or two into your vagina. Tighten the muscles. If you can feel your fingers being squeezed (even just a little), then you've located the right muscles.

*About five to ten times a day, repeat the Kegels ten times per session.

*It can take up to 8 - 10 weeks to notice improvement, and there will most certainly be improvement. Like any kind of weight lifting or muscle building exercises, Kegels take time to make a difference! (Adding a vagi*** barbell to your regular Kegel exercise routine can help. They are available at specialty stores that carry sex toys or sexual enhancement items.)

There are several benefits for a woman to exercise her vagi**:

- You don't have to be nervous the first time you make love with a new partner, wondering what he will think of you as a sexual partner. You'll have better sexual self-confidence. You'll know that your present/future boyfriend/husband/lover won't be disappointed.

- Men prefer women with a strong vagi** (to many men it's more important that his lover has a strong vagi** than having a perfect body). In some cultures women exercise their vagi*** strength in order to help them keep their future/present husband.

- You can be proud of your vaginal strength(just like one can be proud of one's body).

- The woman will get more control in bed. Many women enjoy that and think it's fun.

do the kegel exercises . they r like....u have to hold ur vagi** muscles tight like u r stopping the urine do that for 3 to 4 minutes with normal breathing.... as u practice u can increase the time of holding the muscles...that ways u can tighten ur vagi** while having intercourse for long time..
