Hi all,

This is in continuation with the post Jichi has created--3rd Trimester updates.

I am in 33 week now and had my Dr.Appointment last week.

Every thing is fine according to the doc. Heart beat is good and baby is in head down position according to 30th week ultrasound.

I was diagnosed with borderline GD. My levels are in control and my dr is happy with this. The only concern is with my weight. I have not even gained a pound till now in my whole pregnancy. Baby' s weight is normal.

My Dr. is pushing me on gaining some weight. She has suggested me to drink high calorie milk shakes. she wants me to gain at least 2 pounds in next 2 weeks. I am trying to put on some weight by eating frequently.

I have the same discomforts as most of you- sleepless nights, back ache,frequent urination.

This is anu.I' ve joined the club today.Saw ur msg.Dnt worry.Milk and curd add on to weight.So Try to have 5 cups of milk and 2 cups of curd.This helps in weight gain and calcium also which is vry important for baby' s growth.

I' ve got pregnancy sugar.Frm 6 th month my sugar level went up.So i cant take rice or sugar items.My Dr.Suggested me to take more milk adn curd.And ive gained weight.
Also try to increase intake in night.
