Subject:  early treatment of cavities is better
It is better to take care of the tooth decay to avoid root canal. It should be treated at the earlier stage to avoid further complications. It is not very difficult to take regular care of your teeth. You have to just visit dentist once in six months. It is found that people who intake fluoride are much away from the problem of dental cavities. Also avoiding sweet and sticky food is a better way to avoid dental cavities. Nothing is as painful as tooth ache. It is better to stay away from tooth ache by taking proper oral care. Oral hygiene is very important part of daily routine. Simple way is to wash you mouth after you finish eating anything. Brushing twice also helps to avoid cavities. I also brush whenever I get up from sleep anytime.

Subject:  I visit dentist once in a year
Apart from regular dental care, I visit dentist every year. I get my teeth cleaned from dentist every year. It is helpful as there is perfect cleaning of teeth. Normally people visit dentist twice a year but I think it is fine to visit once in a year to clean your teeth. But dental care is very important. Even if you eat lots of sweets and chocolates it is important that you take proper care of your teeth regularly. It is important that your brush teeth twice a day. it is important to brush before you go to sleep. Whenever you eat anything you should wash your mouth. I use mouth wash to wash my mouth after I eat anything.
