I have experienced one thing that too much of dry fruits are not suitable for some people’s diet. It can cause loose motions. Especially for kids, do not feed them with too much of dry fruits. Eat 2 to 4 almonds in morning or soak them and have it with milk at night. No doubt that they are good for health it can not be eaten too much. For weight gain use the mix of soaked dry fruits with milk every morning and night. It works as a better option for weight gain. The dark chocolate is also good for gaining weight. You can use a combination of dark chocolate and banana milkshake it is yummy. Instead of dark chocolate you can try any health drink powder in milkshake it tastes good, better way to gain weight.

Subject:  busy work schedule makes weight gaining difficult
I do not get proper time to eat. I have realized that this is the reason why I am not able to gain weight. What should I do? Work load is such that I do not find a fixed time for eating. I eat whenever I get time to eat. My diet consists of all junk food. When I feel hungry I just order something and eat it for the sake of eating it. Will I face any severe health problems because of this habit? I do not know how I should get rid of this bad habit and start eating meal on time. Some times I do not even realize that I am supposed to eat something. After reading this article I have thought of carrying banana and dry fruits with me, so if I feel hungry I can have them.

Subject:  There is an increase in my weight
I have noticed that after having meals regularly at proper time I could gain weight. I was extra careful about what I used to eat. I have stopped eating from outside and I take my lunch box at office. Eating banana also helps to quickly gain weight. It is not very difficult to gain weight. But is very necessary to exercise regularly as it will be very difficult to get rid of fats. Walking is better than exercising I go for a walk regularly. It is good to eat one egg regularly as it is a good source of proteins. Excessive exercise is not good when some one wants to gain weight. On can prefer weight lifting which will help to build muscles and help to get rid of fats.
