Name: Breeze P Hi Friends, any of u can share ur personal experience about weight loss post delivery. i have one year old twin kids. i reduced wait a loss but my stomach skin is very loose and i couldn' t reduce my belly. any one can help with ur advice?

because of stomach muscle became a loose the sudden contraction happen and belly fat increase, but there is specific exercise to loss belly fat, so do that at home.

why dont you join gym or yoga center, which there you can do workout, and body movement happen so automaticaly calaries burn and weight loss happen ,so try once, cardio exercises.

this is not only post delivery problem, some women have belly before pregnacny also, but after delivery there is normal growth in stomach size and it shown more bigger than normal belly.
