i had come across an article of olive oil ( abt 5 years back). Since then i use them . its wonderful.go for it.i like the smell too.

I am from the Middle East and we have always been using olive oil for cooking etc. I suddenly find it so funny that people are playing it up. Olive oil has always been a good source of vitamins and nutrients. My mother has always been using it. We even use it for regular massages. Noone in my family till now has had a heart problem. Thank god. I love olives. We store the fruit too. Olive pickle is great too. Even drinks have olives in them. We even use the fruit in the recipes we cook everyday. I love olives in pasta, pizza and sandwiches. Even black olives taste yummy in a nice turkey sandwich. I always add lots of mustard honey and Tabasco to it and of course extra olives. It' s my favourite when I am on a diet. Breads baked with olives in it are great with some nice thick soup. A must try.

Subject:  I am going to start now
I always wondered which olive oil to buy and now I know what I want. I am going to go for the virgin olive oil. I will sprinkle my salad with it. I am also going to try making an omlette in it. It would be great. My elbows are also very rough and I am going to try the the salt and olive oil mix. But I do not know which brand of olive oil would be trustworthy. Is there anyone else who is using an olive oil brand that is good? Please help. I am planning on buying Figaro. I tried their preserved olives before. It was good.

Subject:  I love olive oil
I began my diet plan three months ago and my nutritionist suggested switching over to olive oil. I had a lot of difficulty in choosing which would be best. But my nutritionist said the virgin variety would be the best. Since then I haven' t looked back. I am really enjoying the benefits of olive oil. I do not complain of constipation anymore or even heartburn. Otherwise I would experience heartburn after eating something oily. I use olive oil on my skin as well and eat it with salads. I add a little Tabasco sauce too which also helps burn fats. I am really enjoying eating and I do not kill myself over dieting. I am more cheerful and ready to eat healthy while shedding all those extra pounds. I am glad I switched to olive oil. I love to apply it in my hair once a week. It surely does look shiny.
