You have given good tips for reducing cholesterol. It is a must to exercise regularly and practice yoga in order keep cholesterol level maintained. I practice pranayama regularly in order to reduce the cholesterol level and practicing pranayama helps me a lot. Pranayama is also very good for coping with obesity.
