  Problems in School: Kensri School
Name: Vidhya

I just want to let u all know that if you are looking for a good school in and around RT Nagar / Hebbal / Jakkur area... I can vouch for Kensri school.

I am taking admission for my 3year old daughter for LKG. The school is very good with airy class rooms and the class strength is only 25 students. They follow CBSE Syllabus and the admissions are on.

All the best.

Kensri was good when Ms.Usha Srinivasasn a mature and able person was leading it from the front. But now with a teen heading the school the school seems to have lost it direction and is diluting its principles. More of nepotism goes in choosing the teachers and also awarding the merits to students. The teachers child always seems to be the topper.
Unfortunately the founder seems to turn a blind eye to the degradation of principles. A sad turn on the school on which we had great hopes.

yeah, i agree with you, my kid is in class 4. The principal Usha is a true educationist, when I sent my kid for class one admission - i remember Usha saying that I dont believe in admission tests, my teachers are very capable and they will get all children upto speed. There is no pride in taking the best kids and getting them to fare well.

Do still feel the same way about the school after usha and co ( Mr.Srinivasan and her daughter ) has left the school. I admitted the child when the school was not yet recognized, but i only wanted my child to be educated under usha madam, but today I have started looking for other school.

Residential Schools in Karnataka
My son doesn’t show any interest in studies and his school has not really helped in providing the right environment for learning. I’m thinking of enrolling him in a top residential school in and around Karnataka. Any suggestions?... - Siya Goel [View Message]

Solution to make your child study
Try and find out as to why he isn' t interested in academics. Also, try to sensitise him about the importance of having a decent academic track record. There might be issues at school that you aren' t aware about. Talk to his school friends and teachers and try to get to the root of the problem before determining as to what to do about it.

Nice Experience with Presidium
Hi dear

My son goes to Presidium Indirapuram too. He is in Vth grade and we haven' t had a single problem yet. Neither academics wise nor anything else. The faculty is really good and he' s really improved in his studies from before. The students even get a chance to perform or anchor on stage at the Annual Function. I guess you should stick to this school onl... - Sonam Patak [View Message]
Take Best Solution
One of my friend' s did. It is important to have the presence of both the parents in a child' s life. You could shift base to Bangalore which might be a little hard for your kid initially. But, children make friends quickly and adapt well. If you plan on moving here, I would suggest Orchid' s International School. My kid is studying there and I am a happy parent.
