Subject:  Diet for milk production
Have good fats, take sesame seeds as they are rich in calcium, also include lactogenic spices such as garlic, methi and basil. Most of all have enough water to stay hydrated and increase milk supply. Turmeric mixed in milk is good for healing and preventing inflammations.

i am a working new mother. i have just joined my office two weeks back. i am pumping my baby to feed my baby. Recently i have noticed that my supply is going down what should i do?

Please make sure that you are pumping it properly as this could also be the cause of low supply. Make sure you are getting good nutrition, adequate fluid, and lots of rest.
