I have just delivered a baby. I feel depressed looking at my body. How can I get back my pre-pregnancy body? Will breastfeeding help in weight loss?

Breastfeeding is the safest and fastest way to lose the pregnancy weight. It has many added benefits. It also helps you to heal more quickly and also lowers stress levels. It decreases the future risk of cancer, obesity and other diseases. Enjoy your time with your baby whilst breastfeeding.

There is no magical way for postnatal weight loss. Healthy eating habits combined with regular exercise will help you get back your pre-pregnancy body. You have to make wise food choices. Breastfeeding is sure to help you in your postnatal weight loss.
