Subject:  here are some recipes.
I lost 4 kg when i ate raw food for a month but also did pranayams and suryanamaskar. I have many wonderful recipes. If u send me ur email ID then I can send u word docs. Its difficult to write all of them here.Here are few of them:
Beet Root Sweet:
 2 medium sized beetroots
peeled and grated
 Any one of these –grapes
cut into half or bananas or
grated coconut or papaya
 Cashew nuts
 Raisins
 Grated jaggery
 Cardamon powder
 Lemon juice

Mix all the ingredients well and
serve.

Fruit Salad:

 3 Bananas
 15 Grapes
 1 Apple
 4 pineapple
 2 sapotas (optional)
 Few Pomegranates
 Orange
 1 small cup coconut
 Jaggery
Cut all the fruits into small pieces
and add jaggery proportionately.
You may use dry fruits of you
choice. You can use any variety of
fruits (seasonal) to make fruit salad.

Ash Gourd Salad:
 Ash Gourd (1/4 piece)
 Pine Apple (100 gm)
Remove the peel of the ash gourd,
cut into small pieces and marinate
in sugar. Add some pineapple
pieces also and sprinkle cardamom
powder on top.

Vegetable Sprout Mix:
Take the sprouts of green gram
(moon dal) and mix chopped
carrots, coriander, curry leaves,
mint, salt and lemon juice. Sprout
mix is ready.

Cabbage Raitha:

Cut cabbage into small pieces, add
grated coconut, salt and lime juice.

Mixed Vegetable Raitha:
Bottle Gourd, Ridge Gourd,
cucumber should be cut into small pieces. Add curd, salt, chopped
coriander and chopped mint to the
vegetable and serve.

Maha Prana:

 Ash Gourd –¼ piece
 Curd –1 packet
Grind Ash Gourd and squeeze out
all the water. Now add thick curd,
grated fresh coconut and salt.
Serve. You may split mustard
seeds in a little oil
and serve
