Subject:  simple trick
Nice article. One more simple trick that has always worked for me. Before sleeping, when you are in the bed, just repeat it to yourself, I will get up, say at 6 am, in the morning. Repeat it several times. And yes , it works.

I tried this wonderful trick to get into a habit of waking up on same time everyday. My goal was to wake up at 6 a.m. so on day one I set alarm of 8.30 a.m. the next day I put it on 8 and so on until I reached my desired time. I take few days to get into the habit of waking up at sharp six in the morning but now it has become my daily ritual. Now I get up at six o’clock without fail. I get to utilize this time very well. I complete my pending lessons and go for a morning walk. I make a schedule for the day and work according to it. This all happens just because I get two and a half hour more which I wasted few days back. Getting up early morning has many other benefits apart from this.

How hard I try but it seems impossible for me to be an early bird. Sometimes I get late for my classes. I tried keeping two alarm clocks but that did not work. Then I tried another method to keep alarm clock at distance but that too did not work as I used to put it off and go back to sleep. My friend suggested me to keep a bowl of water handy. She advised me to sprinkle some water on eyes after getting up. This advice worked for few days. Then again it started as it was. I usually go to bed very late and that could be the reason to my laziness I guess. I will try following the preaching of the poem ' early to bed, early to rise…' lets se how it works out.

Subject:  successful to be an early riser.
Before I was not an early riser but now I am. I tried out many methods to wake up early. I searched internet to find out how to wake up early. The tips given in this article really works. Apart from these tips I tried to find out some more methods by myself. Some tricks did not work out for me and some did. I started following one ritual every morning. As soon as alarm clock in my mobile phone rings I remind myself not to press ' snooze' instead I put it off. After putting my alarm off I get out of bed and start walking around. This removes lethargy from my body and helps me to get going. After few strolls I get started with my daily routine. That works for me.
