Iam a 25 years old girl.I have oily scalp.I got my hair permed 3 years back,thereby it became dry.I have been using dry hair conditioner.Now i have dandruff too.These dandruff flakes are falling on my forehead,face and my back causing acne and pimples.Especially my back acne is red and painful when touched.It gets dried up when i use packs but again comes back.I have also there is lot of heat in my body.Is this one of the causes for this problem?If i dont wash my hair every two days i get headache due to dryness of my hair and also acne.What kind of hair packs i need to use then?Please advice. mpvijaykhanna replied. hi sister
u can drink much tendder coconut or buttermilk
it will help ur hair and health also
take vitamin B complex
u can apply fenugrek paste weekly once i mean on sundays leave 2 hour and u can wash it out
have healthy food
like green leaf vegetables
do nt worry plz follow this tips thats enough
