Yoga is very effective for reducing belly fat. Simple yoga exercises can help reduce belly fat but must be done under supervision. Breathing exercises are safe for everybody. Bhujangasana, Dhanurasana are good for abdominal fat reduction.

I have just delivered a baby. I have a huge belly and still look like being pregnant. I want to reduce my belly. Can Yoga help me to reduce belly fat? Can I get back my pre-pregnancy shape?

Hi Shoma, First of all congrats for your baby. I do not think it is good idea to start practicing yoga now since you have just delivered. You need to recover fully before doing yoga. This is a crucial time for you. Your health must be the priority now. After complete recovery, you can practice yoga under the guidance of an expert.
