After following a proper diet and exercise it is possible to avoid genetic obesity. Rather than exercise it is better to adopt yogic techniques in daily routine. It is very essential to practice yoga regularly for losing and maintaining weight. It also makes our body flexible and well shaped. It is necessary to follow expert’s instructions while performing yoga. Difficult posses are good but should always be practiced with the instructor. It is very nice to lose weight with this technique without compromising on the balanced diet. It is not that difficult to take out half an hour in a day to perform yoga.

Obesity is responsible for many diseases. It is better to control unhealthy food eating habits. People who have genetic obesity should be extra careful and exercise regularly. I feel that Adanan Sami has done a very great job of losing 100 kgs of weight. He adopted diet plan and did exercise regularly. His example of weight loss is very inspiring for others to lose weight. It also requires a strong desire to lose weight. One should also possess courage and patience to complete the desired goals. To avoid other diseases we should stay away from obesity.

Obesity can be caused due to lifestyle patterns also. Some families have habit of eating lots of food all the time, it may be dinner or lunch or breakfast. Many women also have habit of putting ghee and butter in each and every item they prepare. Some people always love to eat food greased with ghee and butter. However some families strictly follow a healthy and balanced diet. Genetic obesity can be seen in the families with unhealthy food eating habits. Along with eating habits regular exercise is also important. Having healthy and fit body helps to prevent innumerable diseases.
