Yoga during each trimester of pregnancy is very beneficial for ensuring smooth delivery of baby. Also the pain which is experience during pregnancy is very very minimal if you practice yoga during pregnancy. But, you should ensure that you are doing yoga the right way under right training of yoga experts.

Hi Kaushi, I agree with you, it is very good to practice yoga during pregnancy. However, if you want to practice yoga during pregnancy you should consult your doctor. It is very necessary to get right consultation from yoga expert and doctor before practicing yoga during pregnancy.

I did yoga during my entire pregnancy period and it is very very helpful to practice yoga during third trimester of pregnancy as it helps to ensure smooth delivery of the baby. It very beneficial to have painless delivery and smooth labour. However, right training is essential from an expert to avoid complications.
