Pregnancy Myths:Myths about Stretch marks post pregnancy

Name: Kalpana Are post delivery stretch marks common to every mother? Or is it just a myth that women get them after child birth?I am yet to deliver my baby and want to know the facts about these marks. Can anyone please guide and answer my question?

Even i agree its a myth. Although I had stretch marks after my delivery but the doctor told me that they are not a necessary thins and some females dont experience them at all. It depends from a woman to woman and her body structure and composition. So better not be bothered and enjoy your pregnancy.

I would say its a complete myth from my experience. I am a mother of two and both the times I never got any stretch marks.Although majority of the women get them but its a not a must. There are women like me who never experience them at all.
