Name: Komal Pregnant? You have got so much to do on your list the first and foremost being securing a health insurance. You might even consider having some elderly support in the form of parents during this crucial phase. Vitamins, iron tablets all with a consultation of a doctor must be started.Plan for this beautiful phase of life and be happy.

You even need to consider exercising so that you have a healthy baby. And ya, call for parental support. That is a must in this stage.Keep handy doctors numbers in case of any emergency. And ya, you could consider buying a baby name list:)

Considering what you should eat and what you must not eat is also an important point of consideration. My daughter in law is pregnant and i take care of her needs. You might have craving for various things in this stage but what is good for you must always be consulted.
