C-Section:Period

My wife had C-Section (baby died) on May 01, 2008.
When She will get first Period (Menses).Please reply me as soon as possible

I' m so sorry for your loss I can' t imagine what you and your wife must have gone through. I hope you have a lot of help and support in your grief.
As for her periods, its hard to say. Some women re-start their cyles soon after the first 6 weeks and some, especially those who breastfeed, [I' ve been told] may re-start after some months. But please don' t be in a hurry to have another baby for a few months till her mind and body recover from the trauma. Your gynec will be the best person to guide, and if you are unsure, take a couple of more opinions from qualified people on the restarting of periods as well as some time to recover before planning the next pregnancy. My sincerest condolences to you both.
