How many steps are there in Surya Namaskar? Somebody told me that there are eight steps in Surya Namaskar and I red somewhere that there are twelve steps in Surya Namaskar. I agree with Sudha. I lost a lot of weight by practicing Surya Namaskar. Surya Namaskar is very beneficial for the overall health and staying fit. If you want to maintain a good fitness level, you should always practice yoga. However, do not stop practicing yoga otherwise you will regain all the weight, so keep practicing yoga throughout your life for living healthy life.
