Diet and Exercise:oops!

I' ve a big bottom which is stopping me to wear some traditional as well as modern dresses.I do not munch any junk but still I gain loads of weight everyday.I do not regularly exercise but a half hour walking is a part of my daily routine.Friends and relatives advise to go for rigorous exercises and I even tried it by having half hour jogging time daily. But even after one month I did not find any good result.I wanted to know how much weight does an average exercising person lose for a half hour routine ,within a month.I also got my thyroid checked but it was normal. As a result of the extra weight I get back pain and my legs and ankles are too weak to handle the weight. How to get rid of this?

First of all avoiding junk n oily food isnt enough.U have to follow a planned & controlled diet. And walking & jogging are seriously a waste of time. If u want, ill help u design a weight loss diet.
