Is it better to put a child in daycare or hire a maid? Does anybody know of good daycares in Gurgaon, Haryana?

dont keep child in daycare center better you hire maid at home, and for safe reason you can fix cctv camera at home so you can watch all activities of maid can see in camera, when you come back to home.

Can you say how many years or months does your child was based on that we can suggest you which would be better i think after seeing your post it is understood that your baby might be less than two years then you need to put some maid to look after.

I would certainly favour day care over maids.
I visited quite a few day cares but when I visited Oysterr in Sushant Lok 1 I found a very homely feel, happy kids and nice caretakers. They told me they have been taking care of children for 10 years in Gurgaon. Their experience shows. Cosy place (no fancy bldgs), personal attention and warmth, all hygiene, safety and caring processes in place, many developmental activites for children in the day, cameras covering the premises etc. Meeting the centre head and the teachers was also a pleasant experience. They clearly know what they are doing and the children respond so well to such care and affection plus the fact that with same age children they are developing much better compared to a maid’s company. I am so glad I found Oysterr in time for my 8 month old. I did make a couple of suggestions which they took note of.
I think you should look for both a place which is professional and very personalised. Will give you the best of both worlds. You can start by visiting them. No way can a maid’s company match what these people are doing.
