Hi,
I am sorry for your loss.Did you ask your doctor about reason for the death of your baby? It is because of meconium syndrome? Same thing happened to my wife too before 5 years. Now she is carrying.

1. Encourage your wife tell her about the positive sides of your future days. These are emotional days for you and from your family.
2. Your presence may need for your wife, try to spare maximum time with her.
3. it is safe to try for a baby after 3 months. But it is good if you can wait at least 6 months. Because she is just 24 and there are lots of time in front of you.
4. you can have safe intercourse after 2 months, but don’t give much pressure to her belly, she may feel discomfort
5. she can travel after 10 days- locally and can travel after 1 month – long distance.
6. Tell her to take fiber content foods.
7. Dr may already prescribed the tablets to stop the production of breast milk. Even though pls check and tough parts in breast like cysts. If so, consult doctor.
8. Have folic acid when trying for next baby.
9. take her out for a trip and relax when she is physically good to travel. Keep in mind that free mind is good for good pregnancy
10. don’t allow her to sit idly in home after 2 months, let she engage in some activity or job, so that she will not think much about past.
11. Try to find good dr and good hospital around and consult your Gynec before you are trying for a baby next time.

I feel sorry on your loss once again, and may god help you to come out of your bad days asap.

Regards,
Saju

RE:C-Section
C-sections are planned when the mother wishes to escape the labor pain or in emergencies like if the cord is entangled around the baby's neck and the baby's life is at risk. But i think natural delivery is always a better option.... - Neeta [View Message]
