Anxiety can be treated by practicing meditation or guided meditation technique. Guided meditation technique is very beneficial for coping with anxiety. It should be practiced regularly for getting rid of anxiety. Anxiety disorder can be cured naturally by practicing yoga and mediation.

Anxiety disorder is very dangerous. Anxiety disorder can give rise to various other disorders. It is very necessary to get rid of anxiety as early as possible so that it does not affect health. Yoga can prove very beneficial to cope with anxiety. I have experienced that Pranayama is very beneficial for coping with anxiety.
