What I did is I repainted the room with very light colours so that the entire room becomes bright ... i did it baby pink.... differs from person to person though... also i always used some or the other fragrance in the room so that it always remain fresh..... my babies too like the room...... Actually my parents gave me a fantastic kids room while growing up.... i had a bunker bed, a toy shelf, and a black and white 14 inch tv! my sister and me loved our room, i really miss it.... Raveena_Shining replied. i had designed my babys room all by meself and it had looked wonderful. the best accesory to get for your baby room is the baby itself lol!! i painted the room in sky blue, with clouds and kids... and now that i think of it the room looked like the indiaparenting logo! anyway, painting your babys room is fun but ya make sure you do it before 3 months of pregnancy. aftr that it gets strenuous... I slept on my parents bed when i was born, and my daughter did the same when she was born. i really feel that it is a safer option. But yeah, there definitely is a lot of kid' s room designing happening...
