I’m a fan of quick cooking and healthy food. Using the spice drop will save your time and gives the 100% natural taste and flavour to dishes. Changing the fresh spices into liquid extracts will be in the concentrated form which is a great time saver in the kitchen. Take a look at where I got the inspiration from

Subject:  check out the supermarket for vegetables
In supermarkets like Big bazaar you can get the mixture of vegetables already chopped. These chopped vegetables save lot of time in kitchen. You can use it any how you want. You can make quick sabji or quick pulav. Along with this stuff you should keep a stock of garam masala ready or you can buy readymade masalas which are really helpful in cooking. Keeping a stock of boiled potatoes is also good to cope with emergencies in kitchen. However it is necessary to keep the check on the items required to be stocked in kitchen during the weekends to save time.

I always keep a particular amount of boiled dal in freezer. It is helpful to use it during emergencies. This dal can be used any time and using different flavours and spices. You can use your creativity to make different flavours of same tuvar dal. It saves lot of time to boil dal in kitchen. I also keep dough ready in fridge it is useful to make chapattis in morning when I am in hurry for office. When there is absolutely no time to cook seasoned rice is a better option. I season the leftover rice with spices and mix the left over vegetables in it, it tastes really nice and my family also like it.

Subject:  microwaves are helpful
Microwaves really save a lot of time. It just takes some seconds to give you hot food without creating mess in kitchen. It also does not require time to convert and clean. Just take out the bowls form the fridge, put it in the microwave, take the quantity of food you want and you are done. It is a complete freedom form the lengthy and boring process of cooking food in olden style. No need to wait for oil to getting heated to fry papad. If somebody lacks patience while cooking food, microwave is the option. Various other dishes can also be cooked in microwave without messing up kitchen and using minimal amount of oil. Microwave is an intelligent kitchen gadget.
